Pancakes without flour

 

4 eggs

2 dl whipping cream

salt

1 tbs Fiberhusk

butter to fry in

 

Blend the eggs together with the cream. Add salt to taste. Fiberhusk should be added slowly while blending.

Allow the batter to stand a while to get thicker.

Fry with lots of butter. If you use a small frying pan, it gives about 10 pieces.

Fiberhusk or  ground ‘Psyllium seed husks’ are also used when baking gluten-free. You will find it in stores or in Internet shops  offering products to people with allergies.
