Polar Bread or Pizza Bread

This bread is also used to make a Sandwich Cake.

Recipe by Sten Sture Skaldeman in his book ‘GI-Noll’ in Swedish ISBN 978-91-518-4812-9

Warm the owen to 175 degrees Celcius

 

500 g Cottage Cheese or other fresh cheese

450 g grated cheese

12 eggs separated into yolks och eggwhite

salt and pepper

other spices to suite the final use of the bread if wanted

Mix the fresh cheese with the egg yolks. Add the spices. Blend the grated cheese in the mix. In another bowl whipp the eggwhites very hard so that you can turn the bowl upside down without them falling out. Turn the eggwhites down into the other mix carefully. Now you can spread the dow on baking-plates in  the design you wish (using baking-paper is a good idea). Bake the the bread for about 25 minutes untill the colour you desire.
