Salmon creme

This creme is used as a bread spread or you can use it if making a sandwich cake.

Recipe after Gun-Marie Nachtnebel in her book “Smörstekt” ISBN978-91-574-8002-6 in Swedish

 

- 1 big avocado or two small ones

- 200 g smoked salmon

- 4 tbs chopped leek

- 2 dl mayonnaise (see recipe)

- 2 dl crème Fraiche

- lemon

- black pepper

 

Mix mayonnaise an Crème Fraiche.

Chop the salmon in small pieces and mix into the mayonnais/Crème Fraiche together with the leek.

Mash the avocado and sprinkle a little lemon over it

Mix mayonnais/Crème Fraiche with the avocado

Pepper to taste.
