Waffles without flour, makes 10 pcs.
5 eggs
200 ml cream
1,5 tbsps Fiberhusk
salt
1 tbsp melted butter
100 ml mineral water
Mix the eggs with the cream. While blending vigourously let the Fiberhusk stream into the egg/cream mix. Let stand to get thicker. Add the melted butter and the water. You may have to butter the waffle iron once in a while. Bake to get a nice colour.
Fiberhusk or ground ‘Psyllium seed husks’ are also used for gluten- free baking. You will find it in stores or in Internet shops offering products to people with allergies.
